About Will Goodwin:
Will Goodwin began his mortgage career in 2017 and quickly proved that passion, discipline, and personal connection can accelerate success. Nearly nine years later, Will now leads the GMFS Mortgage Fairhope branch, where he is known for his creative problem-solving and genuine commitment to helping clients reach their homeownership goals.
Will sets himself apart through exceptional attention to detail and the deep personal relationships he builds with every client. He believes in becoming personally invested in each borrower’s success—so much so that many continue to call him long after closing for guidance on financial decisions.
A major milestone in Will’s career came when he surpassed $100 million in production after just five years as an individual loan originator—an achievement that reflects both his work ethic and the trust he’s earned within the community.
Originally from Bossier City, Louisiana, Will now enjoys life in Baldwin County with his wife, Sarah Beth. When he’s not helping families finance their homes, you’ll find him traveling, golfing, and building meaningful connections across the community. Fun fact: Will is the youngest of four boys, something that shaped both his competitive spirit and his strong sense of teamwork.

Will is actively involved in local organizations, including the Baldwin County Realtors Association and Baldwin County Home Builders Association. He serves as President of his neighborhood POA in Steelwood as well as sitting on the board of the Men’s Golf Association at Steelwood Country Club. Beyond these roles, Will is dedicated to service, currently serving as President of the Daphne/Spanish Fort Rotary Club.
